I have been in the mental health field for 25 years. I provide counseling and coaching services to all ages. I am a certified sports social worker as well. I believe my purpose is to help other live more fulfilled lives and find purpose in their own day to day. A a Christian I put God first in all things and also offer Christian Counseling and Coaching.
